LCGTF does not claim ownership of any document that is not specifically marked as such and does not bear any liability as to their content. These documents and material have been made available so as to form a list of references, the use of which is strictly restricted to education and discussion in order to better understand the importance of corporate governance in today's world and any duplication or use thereof by users without obtaining the necessary consents from the original authors will be deemed to constitute a violation of the authors’ rights or a copyright violation to which LCTGF is not and may not be held liable.
